Ugh, I’ve cried twice today. I can’t even go into all the reasons right now.

`I wish I could think of something comforting to say. But I’ve always had too romantic a nature. I’ve been too patient with, outright addicted to people who were not good for me. I often think I would have had a happier life if I’d been more drive by lust than love.
I sincerely hope you can manage to relax some and get more rest. Tension and lack of rest are just too damaging. Maybe you have friend out of town you could visit for a weekend or something, just to get away.
